Who Needs Home Oxygen?

Today, there are accurate methods to determine the level of oxygen in your blood. Obviously, oxygen is necessary for life, there are conditions which may cause your body to become short of oxygen; the most common cause is Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
